Adrian Hendroff is a qualified Mountain Leader and Rescue & Emergency Care (REC3) certified.

Insurance and Liability: Adrian Hendroff is covered by a comprehensive public liability policy of up to £5,000,000. However, personal cancellation, personal accident or personal equipment insurance is NOT provided or included in the guiding fee.

Weather:
If the weather is very bad around the day of your hike, I am happy to reschedule it given a minimum of 2 days (48 hours) notice.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you cancel this booking more than 10 days prior to the start of the Activity, 50% of the Activity fee will be refunded.

In the event that you cancel this booking within 10 days prior to the start of the Activity, no refunds will be made.

There will be no refunds or transfers for no shows on the day.
